I believe in the "Golden Rule". I will do my best to accurately represent everything that is posted in the shop. Please remember that these are all one of a kind handmade items, and as such are subject to charm and individuality. Some items may require lead time to create. If this is the case, I will post that in the item description, with an approximate completion date. I am located in Canada and as such if something is leaving the country for a new home, it may incur customs fees...these are your responsibility and not included in the shipping charge. If I haven't listed a shipping cost to your country, please email me for a quote. If you feel you need to return something, please contact me to see what we can work out.
